The commonly used bolt locking structure can be divided into detachable anti loose structure and permanent anti loose structure. The common permanent anti loose structures include spot welding, rivet connection, punching point treatment and screw glue bonding. When the permanent anti loose structure needs to be loosened, it needs to be demolished destructively, so it needs to be determined according to the actual working conditions. The detachable anti loose structure mainly includes mechanical anti loose structure and friction anti loose structure. In the friction anti loosing structure, spring stop gasket, self-locking nut and double nut anti loose structure are used to prevent loosening. This type of anti loosing method is easy to loose under impact load in the working process, so it needs to be marked with a marker pen to facilitate inspection, disassembly and recovery. The common mechanical anti loosing structure includes the structure of split pin and slotted nut, the locking washer with nut and the fixed structure of series steel wire. Due to the different anti loosing principle, the mechanical anti loosing structure is more reliable, so the corresponding locking structure should be considered in combination with the working condition and cost of bolts.
